For the most part when exercising you have commit and you have to exercise to see results. Once you decide that you need to lose weight, you have to willing to change your way of life. You cannot continue eating the same foods and not exercising and think you are going to lose weight. According to Ann Collins (par 7), if you want to lose weight and keep it off for ever, be realistic in your weight loss goals.

Once you first come with a realistic goal you can go from there. Next you have to figure out what you are eating and how to change your diet. When you decide what diet is best for you, you may want to talk to a nutritionist. If you are serious about weight loss you may want to see a nutritionist, which is helpful in losing weight. A nutritionist can tell you what you are eating. A nutritionist will let you know whether your choices of foods are healthy and unhealthy. People battle with weight loss everyday and losing weight is not hard and it can be done, especially if you take the right steps and you are consistent in reaching your goals.
